Our mission is to help manufacturers of all sizes monitor and control product quality from a single facility to an entire enterprise and supply chain. By implementing InfinityQS software, businesses can save a significant amount of time and money in manufacturing operations.
InfinityQS is committed to enhancing our customers’ success worldwide with products, services and responsiveness that set industry standards for quality and value. We relentlessly strive to be the best in every aspect of our business, by fostering a culture of trust, teamwork, responsibility, high expectations and open communications with employees, customers and suppliers.
We understand the value of continual improvement – setting goals and objectives throughout the organization to ensure that we are meeting our customer (internal and external) expectations.
InfinityQS was founded in 1989 by Michael A. Lyle and Christopher Kearsley. Veterans in the quality control industry, the founders saw unique marketing opportunities for manufacturers needing computerized controllers to automate their various types of industrial equipment. Within the semiconductor industry, they found companies in further need of advanced analytical tools to help them better statistically monitor and control their manufacturing processes.
These advanced statistical tools (Shortrun, Group Charts, EWMA, CUSUM, etc.), not typically provided by other real-time data collection and charting products, have since proven to be very successful across all industry segments including automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and food.
Committed to the accurate and practical application of SPC, we attribute our continuous growth to our real-world approach to designing software solutions. We interact with our customers on a daily basis to better understand their needs and challenges. Our development initiatives are always based on these interactions and driven by software users in manufacturing environments.
Our nationally renowned industrial statisticians and quality managers build and test the company's software to ensure statistical validity. We believe that real-time statistical analysis plays a powerful role in improving product quality by indicating statistical abnormalities before defects are produced. Our products have saved manufacturers millions of dollars in reducing scrap and rework, allowing them to remain competitive and increase their bottom lines.
Today there are over 30,000 active licenses of our software currently in use worldwide. Customers range from small manufacturing shops to large Fortune 100 companies with global implementations. Our products integrate with a wide variety of ERP systems, and we offer both client-server products as well as SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. We have offices throughout the United States and in China, and our partner network spans six continents.
