Britt joined InfinityQS International in early 2010 as an Application Engineer. He currently leads onsite training classes and assists customers with implementation and support, with a particular interest in automatic data collection from processes using DMS/DCS tools.
Originally a customer of InfinityQS, Britt was the SPC Implementation Manager for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and oversaw all InfinityQS software applications and implementations in the US and Canada. In addition to his daily role at LP Corporation, Britt was also a member of the InfinityQS User Group from 2007 – 2010 and served on the User Group Board of Directors from 2008-2010.
Britt is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Management Information Systems. He has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing in the areas of quality, production, purchasing, environmental and safety.
Customer complaints are a part of doing business. That information you receive from people who spend money with your organization are giving you invaluable feedback. They care enough to say something. Just keep in mind the customers who do not say anything and take their business elsewhere. They are important, too.
