The DAS is a cost-effective, direct interface between common plant control solutions and ProFicient. There is no need to write custom code and all drivers are fully supported in ProFicient. Driver updates are included as part of your Annual Maintenance Agreement.

You can analyze and track all acquired data using the powerful statistical engine and charting methods within ProFicient. DAS features:

The InfinityQS CheckWeigher Data Acquisition Driver (CWDAD) imports subgroup information into an InfinityQS database from data acquired from CheckWeigher equipment. This tool allows you to:

Acquire a continuous stream of readings from a scale
Process the collected information and save its summarized results as InfinityQS Subgroups at predetermined intervals

Once configured and running, InfinityQS CWDAD is a fully automated subgroup data collection utility that requires no user interaction. The InfinityQS CWDAD is hosted by the InfinityQS Data Acquisition System (DAS), and multiple copies can run simultaneously within InfinityQS DAS.
