Chantilly, VA - February 17, 2005 - InfinityQS® International, the premier provider of enterprise-wide quality control software solutions for manufacturers, announced today that it has created an InfinityQS Tsunami Relief Fund to help the victims of the tsunami disaster in Asia and Africa. InfinityQS made a $10,000 direct corporate contribution to the American Red Cross International Response Fund.
"InfinityQS wants to do its part to bring some level of immediate relief to those who have suffered as a result of the tsunami disaster," said Michael A. Lyle, president of InfinityQS. "If we can provide assistance towards the road of recovery for those affected by the disaster, then we have provided a step in the right direction."
All gifts from the InfinityQS Tsunami Relief Fund will be designated for the humanitarian tsunami relief efforts of the American Red Cross and will help to provide immediate support through supplies, technical assistance, and other support to those in need. The direct monetary donation will allow the Red Cross to purchase relief items in the region, eliminating the added costs of shipment and transportation of relief supplies from the United States.
