As Vice President of Statistical Applications, Doug helps clients understand statistical methods and implement InfinityQS software in diverse environments and challenging situations. Prior to joining InfinityQS in 1997, Doug began his statistical career on the manufacturing shop floor at Boeing Aerospace and spent several years working as a statistical consultant to Fortune 500 companies.

Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Statistics from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is a regular contributor to various quality magazines and has coauthored two books on industrial statistics: Innovative Control Charting (ASQ Quality Press, 1998) with fellow InfinityQS employee Steve Wise and Quality Management in Health Care (Jones and Bartlett Publishing, 2004). Doug is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
