Metrology

InfinityQS Metrology modules help to ensure the reliability of quality measurement data by tracking gage calibration requirements and allowing users to performing Gage R&R studies.  

• Gage Tracking System (GTS): Track and maintain calibration information for an unlimited number of gages to ensure precision tuning. Incapable or out-of-calibration gages can automatically be prevented from being used on the shop floor. GTS communicates seamlessly with InfinityQS’ SPC software, allowing real-time monitoring of critical production equipment and calibration cycles right on the shop floor. 
• Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA): MSA allows Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies to be quickly setup and performed.
