Specific data collection stations, manufacturing processes, parts or the entire enterprise are easily viewed in Quality Monitor’s interface. - Work Station Quality Monitor: When a workstation computer connects to a test device(s), Quality Monitor automatically provides real time charts for the most recent test information. Immediately following the transference of measurement values from a data collection device, Quality Monitor dynamically and automatically shows the data on charts. Although not necessary, operators can easily navigate through Quality Monitor and view data from any parts or processes recently run on the workstation.
- Shop Floor Quality Monitor: For shop floor supervisors, Quality Monitor can display real time charts for the workstation where data was most recently acquired. The shop floor supervisor can also manually navigate to any one of the workstations to see its most recent activity.
- Enterprise Quality Monitor: Quality Monitor will behave differently depending on the user. For example, a supervisor whose role is configured with department level access will only see quality data related to his/her department. Therefore, Quality Monitor automatically provides visibility only to data that is relevant to the viewer.
Net Process Monitor
Net Process Monitor provides a "birds-eye" view of the entire manufacturing enterprise for managers, supervisors and other key personnel. Net Process Monitor’s simple dashboard interface provides real-time views of quality data using easy-to-understand icons, “stop-light” colors and geometric shapes. Simply double-click an icon to reveal charts, graphs, alarms, assignable cause and corrective action codes as information is entered throughout the shop floor.
Net Process Monitor's flexible customization features allow users to create an intuitive interface that is tailored to your specific facility. Shop floor schematics can be used as a backdrop within Net Process Monitor, and then color-coded icons can be placed onto the backdrop to represent your processes. You can use framing options to organize similar processes together or to segregate departments. Additionally, you can add other elements, such as company logos, to the background to further customize and simplify the Net Process Monitor interface.
