2. How quickly can I get ProFicient on Demand up and running? What is the process?
Simply call us at 1-800-772-7978 and sign up for the service. We’ll ask you a few questions to understand what your goals are and then we’ll work to set up your environment. Within a day or two the system will be ready for use. If you’ve never used ProFicient SPC before, we recommend taking the SPC Fundamentals training course. But in terms of accessing the system, just login with your username and password, and the system will be available for use.

5. How can InfinityQS ensure that no data will be lost?
Proficient On Demand is load balanced between multiple servers to prevent single point of failure. The system is cloned to a template and converted into a production system in matter of minutes. We also backup the data to a disk, which we copy to a tape and then send to offsite tape storage.
6. Will my data live in a shared database with other companies?
No, your company’s data will live in a separate database. There is no risk of other companies accessing your data. Additionally, your suppliers will not be able to access other suppliers’ data.
7. If we choose to end our service, will we still be able to access our data?
Yes. If you decide to terminate your contract, we will provide you a complete copy of your database, which is compatible with the latest release of ProFicient™. Therefore, you can even migrate to an on-premise version of ProFicient.
8. What is required from an IT department to implement and support ProFicient on Demand?
