A Two-Day Course in Maximizing Quality and Improving your Bottom Line

SPC Strategies was designed by a team of Industrial Statisticians and ASQ Certified Quality Engineers with decades of manufacturing process control experience. This course starts with a brief overview of the history of SPC and then addresses how manufacturers are using it today to reduce scrap and improve their bottom line. Taught by an ASQ-Certified Quality Technician and application engineer, SPC Strategies features hands-on activities and demonstrations as well as case studies and success stories. Participants gain a real-life understanding of how to best implement statistical process control—even in the most complex manufacturing environments. Take-home materials reinforce the concepts learned in the course.

Audience: The class is intended for operators, engineers, supervisors, and anyone else who desires an understanding of Statistical Process Control. This class is designed to present why Statistical Process Control works without the formulae and statistics that make it work. Although the basic statistics and formulas used in SPC will be addressed, SPC Strategies is not a statistics course for the practitioner.

Prerequisites: This course does not require a prior knowledge of InfinityQS SPC for participation.

Cost: $595/per participant. $400 discount when purchased in conjunction with the InfinityQS Fundamentals SPC class being taught the same week. Groups of three or more are $495/each.

On site classes are offered at $5,000 plus expenses. Material is provided for 12 students. Class size is limited to a maximum of 12 students. If the class size exceeds this maximum, there will be a charge of $350 per student.
