Firm Attributes Success to Increased Demand for Its Newly Released Real-Time Decision Support Tools For Tighter Quality Control in Demanding Manufacturing Environments
Chantilly, VA - April 6, 2004 - InfinityQS® International, the premier provider of enterprise-wide quality control manufacturing solutions, today announced that it is posting a record sales growth of over 320% in the first quarter of 2004 for its Statistical Process Control software over the same period last year.
Michael Lyle, President of InfinityQS International, believes his firm's record financial performance is closely connected with the successful release of the 2004 edition of InfinityQS' Statistical Process Control applications that are in high-demand by competitive manufacturers who are constantly seeking to improve their process knowledge to better quality, increased productivity, and reduced cost of doing business.
"As the manufacturing sector is recovering, we have witnessed increased demand for quality management applications that help plants and headquarters communicate decision information across the board. They are seeking to grow by maximizing productivity efforts and cutting down on the amount of scrap and re-work, hence the increased demand for real-time decision support data," says Lyle. "InfinityQS has met these demands hands-down by successfully launching InfinityQS SPC 2004 software, which integrates real-time statistical process control with lot genealogy. This new release allows users to do real-time statistical process control (SPC) on their manufactured and components lots and track them across the complete product's cycle. Our software encourages manufacturers to be proactive about their decisions versus the usual post-mortem analysis of 'what went wrong and how much did it cost us.'"
Key industries that account for InfinityQS' recent growth include: canning, corrugated boxes, medical devices and automotive. Lyle added: "We are very excited about this growth. It set us on the path of continued leadership and further positions us as the leader of advanced quality solutions to the market," said Lyle.
