InfinityQS Forms Partnership with Latin American Continuous Improvement Firm
Chantilly, VA - August 14, 2009 - InfinityQS® International, the leading provider of real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) software, announced a strategic partnership with the Argentinean continuous improvement firm, Electrosistema. The agreement strengthens InfinityQS product offerings and services in Latin America in response to high demand for manufacturing solutions that improve quality while reducing productivity losses and waste.
Electrosistema has been a leader in the development of data acquisition, analysis and display products that control shop floor quality since 1992. The firm's focus is integrating shop floor tools with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
"InfinityQS ProFicient is remarkable in its ability to manage variable and attribute tests in a solid, well structured database," said Walter Behar, Six Sigma black belt for Electrosistema. "InfinityQS solutions benefit our clients by giving them thousands of ways to graph and analyze quality data, all of which are supported by features such as web publishing, mail service, alarms and event monitoring."
"Manufacturers in all industries are looking for ways to affect process performance in a way that improves upon what they are already doing," said Michael A. Lyle, president and CEO of InfinityQS. "This partnership can be attributed to both the significant growth InfinityQS is experiencing in Latin American markets and Electrosistema's strong track record of delivering continuous improvement solutions to best-in-class manufacturers. We are looking forward to leveraging the strength of these two firms to continue to equip South American manufacturers with the modern, cost-effective quality improvement tools that are needed to stay competitive."
