Motor Manufacturer uses InfinityQS enterprise quality system to reduce material and production costs

Chantilly, VA - September 17, 2009 - InfinityQS® International, the leading provider of real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) software, announced that the global step motor manufacturer, Lin Engineering, is implementing eSPC to manage continuous improvement efforts both internally and throughout the supply chain. The objective of the implementation is to reduce incoming and final inspection costs by improving supply chain visibility.

eSPC operates as a central quality hub that gives users a single point view of manufacturing process capabilities throughout the value chain, from supplier to finished product. The system identifies potential quality issues and sends real-time situational alarms that allow Lin Engineering to collaborate with suppliers as quality issues occur on the production floor.
