InfinityQS’ Eric Weisbrod to Explain How to Future Proof Quality Systems at the North American Manufacturing Excellence Summit
Technical services manager to present session on achieving advanced, global quality control and real-time visibility without risking obsolescence or managing site-by-site upgrades
FAIRFAX, Va. – April 7, 2015 – InfinityQS International, Inc., the global authority on real-time quality and Manufacturing Intelligence, today announced that Eric Weisbrod, its technical services manager, will present at the North American Manufacturing Excellence Summit (NAMES). Scheduled for April 13-14, 2015, at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois, the event is North America’s premier manufacturing event.
Weisbrod’s session, “Future Proof: Taking Quality Beyond the Status Quo,” will take place Tuesday, April 14, 2015, from 7:45 a.m. – 8:20 a.m. (CT) and will examine how cloud-hosted quality management can help manufacturers attain advanced quality control and real-time visibility in today’s ever-changing manufacturing landscape. By “future proofing” their quality systems, manufacturers can avoid obsolescence and site-by-site upgrades.
Eric Weisbrod, technical services manager, InfinityQS, said, “With quality systems continuously evolving, too many manufacturers are hesitant to invest in new technologies out of fear of premature obsolescence. As the Technical Services Manager at InfinityQS International, Weisbrod is responsible for client satisfaction through management of the Applications Engineering team. Leveraging his experience of working directly with clients to oversee multi-site deployments, he helps clients attain the most value from InfinityQS software and services. Prior to joining InfinityQS, Weisbrod performed materials research for the semiconductor industry and used InfinityQS software to improve data collection and analysis. Eric earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where his graduate work focused on finite element analysis for the semiconductor industry.
