InfinityQS Wins Gold Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service
Record growth powered by new top-down, results-focused sales strategy that positions enterprise quality software company as solution of choice by manufacturers’ corporate offices
FAIRFAX, Va. – March 2, 2017 – InfinityQS® International, Inc. (
InfinityQS), the global authority on data-driven enterprise quality, has won a Gold Stevie® Award in the Sales Turnaround of the Year category in the 11th annual
Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The company’s record-setting 22% growth in 2016 was powered by a complete overhaul of the sales department and new sales strategy.
The new sales organization and strategy was developed and led by Tommy Doran, VP of Global Sales, and InfinityQS’s Head of Sales Operations, John Hicks. The overhaul of the organization included realigning sales territories, refining individual responsibilities, and implementing the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling® and Conceptual Selling® methodology. Each sales professional studied for and received Six Sigma Green Belt certification to better understand the needs of their clients and prospects.
A new prospecting strategy shifted targeting from the individual plant level to a focus on a top-down prospecting strategy. The sales team continued to establish the value of the InfinityQS solution at the plant level, while demonstrating to corporate quality and operations executives the long-term, exponential financial impact of quality data across the enterprise. Deals now name InfinityQS’s software as the solution of choice for the organization and include hundreds of facilities, instead of single-plant sales. Multi-plant deployments require phased roll outs, which ensure ongoing revenue streams for years.
Michael Lyle, CEO, InfinityQS, said, “The Sales team displayed an unprecedented level of commitment and determination over the past year to adopt the new strategy. By flipping our approach, our pitches better align with the overall value proposition of the software and we are winning much larger, multi-year deals. We are pleased that our achievements have been recognized with a Gold Stevie Award.”
