InfinityQS Wins Two Bronze Stevie® Awards at the 2018 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Quality Intelligence solutions provider takes home two of the coveted awards in the Sales Director of the Year and Innovation in Customer Service categories
FAIRFAX, Va. – Feb. 27, 2018 – InfinityQS® International, Inc. (InfinityQS), the global authority on data-driven enterprise quality, today announced that it was presented with two Bronze Stevie® Awards at the
12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The Quality Intelligence solutions provider took home honors in the Sales Director of the Year and Innovation in Customer Service categories. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 23 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. More than 600 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended. 
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business Awards®.
The Bronze Stevie Award for Sales Director of the Year recognized the achievements of InfinityQS Head of Sales, John Hicks, who led the sales team to build upon reforms implemented in 2016 that previously earned the company a 2017 Gold Stevie Award for Sales Turnaround of the Year. In 2017, Hicks continued to push the department by requiring every sales representative become Six Sigma green belts in order to improve communication with prospective clients. To support the launch of InfinityQS’ market-changing, native-cloud solution Enact®, Hicks brought in new sales talent focused solely on the acquisition of cloud-based clients. He also streamlined the sales lead pipeline and improved the qualification process, resulting in more than 50% of sales accepted leads going into the negotiating phase and 75% of those closing a deal. These initiatives resulted in the highest annual software sales in the company’s nearly 30-year history.
InfinityQS earned the Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service for its new, completely online customer self-service portal. With a rapidly expanding number of users due to the launch of Enact, InfinityQS decided to create a content-rich, online portal accessible to all users rather than scale its existing phone and online-ticket support system. The customer service department developed a brand new, wiki-esque, top-level-navigation help system. With FAQs, industry examples, solutions, configurations, and getting started guides, the problem-solving portal hosts an array of articles and videos detailing advice and step-by-step instructions to help users make the most of their Enact system. Further, the portal has become a corporate resource for InfinityQS staff as well as customers, enabling quicker solutions to client problems and an invaluable resource for user acceptance sampling.
