As Global Account Manager, Mr. Forrest’s primary role is to ensure InfinityQS clients are maximizing the full potential of their InfinityQS solutions for optimal return on their investment while enhancing and growing the business relationship.
Mr. Forrest has more than 19 years of experience supporting clients through IT solutions that facilitate achievement of their primary business objectives. For the last nine years, he has been supporting InfinityQS clients through analysis of their business challenges, identifying how InfinityQS Quality Intelligence solutions can solve them. Before joining InfinityQS, Mr. Forrest worked for a variety of enterprise software and solutions providers, professional services firms, and other project-based businesses, as well as a food brokerage firm and the former Hecht Company. That experience, along with a B.S. from Cornell University, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University, and a range of sales and services training, allows Mr. Forrest to bring creative insights to his customers.
