As Global Account Manager, Mr. Forrest’s primary role is to ensure InfinityQS clients are maximizing the full potential of their InfinityQS solutions—to ensure their products meet the highest levels of quality, and each client is optimizing the return on their investment—while enhancing and growing the business relationship.
Mr. Forrest has over 20 years of experience supporting clients through IT solutions that facilitate achievement of their primary business objectives. For the last eleven years, he has been supporting InfinityQS clients through analysis of their business challenges and identifying how InfinityQS Quality Intelligence solutions can resolve them. Before joining InfinityQS, Mr. Forrest worked for a variety of enterprise software and solutions providers, professional services firms, and other project-based businesses, as well as a food brokerage firm and the former Hecht Company in Washington, D.C. That experience, along with a B.S. from Cornell University, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University, and a range of sales and services training, enables Mr. Forrest to bring creative and consultative insights to his clients.
