With over 18 years of manufacturing quality assurance experience, he is dedicated to process improvements that achieve both customer satisfaction and manufacturing efficiency. Ian has been recognized for his interactive approach to employee training and for his practical approach to statistical process control. Combining the two passions of learning and process optimization, he has worked closely with InfinityQS to help raise SPC awareness—emphasizing that SPC is approachable and flexible enough for any organization to successfully implement.
