James Clevenger
Director of Professional Services
As Director of Professional Services, James leads InfinityQS’ Engineering Services, Technical Support, and Training teams. His team is responsible for delivering world-class services and support for InfinityQS software deployments and helping clients meet or exceed their quality goals.
James started his career with InfinityQS in 2013 as a Support Engineer in Technical Support, where he focused on supporting InfinityQS clients and developing internal process improvement initiatives. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University.
