Jennie O’Neal 

Technical Support Manager

Jennie joined InfinityQS International in 2006 as an Application Engineer and in 2008 she became the Technical Support Manager. She currently oversees InfinityQS' Technical Support team, helps clients reach their software goals and leads all Fundamental Training, Advanced Training and the SPC Strategies classes conducted at the corporate office.

With her previous experience at Visteon Glass Plant implementing, training and maintaining InfinityQS' software, Jennie now excels at communicating the functionality of InfinityQS' software and building clients' confidence in its implementation and usage. She also leads workshops for all clients and staff to help them stay current on new features as they become available. Jennie has also played an integral role in the formation and continuation of InfinityQS' annual Infusion user conference contributing both her knowledge of InfinityQS clients' needs and educational presentations.

Jennie received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Math Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and earned a Master's Degree in Statistics from Oklahoma State University. Early in her career she was a high school math for 16 years and also taught Elementary Statistics and College Algebra during her studies at OSU.
