Rich has been an Account Manager at InfinityQS for 15 years and has more than 30 years of experience helping customers improve quality and increase productivity. Rich currently works with both new and legacy accounts by helping them get value and a substantial Return on Investment by utilizing the Enact and ProFicient applications.
Rich is a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity with Central Michigan University and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt through Villanova University.
