Our Global Channel Partner Program is designed to provide a highly supportive and collaborative environment, were we endeavour to provide all of the knowledge, tools and expertise needed to help our partners succeed. And we have a dedicated Global Channel Partner Team who are here to help our partners achieve that success. Our Channel Program provides Partners with:
- Sales Collateral and Support - Co-Branded and white labelled outbound sales materials such as: Sales Presentations; Product Brochures; Technical Data Sheets and much more. Access to a repository of graphics, screenshots and diagrams for use in own materials. Full sales oriented training on the solution, including how to provide a solution demo to a client / prospect along with a demo script. Training is also provided on topics such as business benefits, buyer personas, market positioning and sales objection handling techniques, and much more.
- Marketing Content and support - Co-branded and white labelled marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, success stories, eBooks and embeddable audio-visual content. We also provide partners with thought-leadership content such as blog posts, articles and tips and tricks, all of which can be distributed via their own outbound channels such as email, social media or third-party channels. Templated content and branding materials are also provided for Partner web site pages, and more.
- Solution Knowledge and Training - We provide our partners with full training on the Enact solution. Different training paths are provided depending on the level required. This may include high-level introductory training for senior management. More demo or sales oriented training for those actively presenting the Enact solutions to clients and prospects. As well as advanced technical training for those involved more in a technical pre-sales support role, for example. Training is provided by remote online sessions.
- Technical and Pre-Sales Support - Whenever the need arises, if any technical questions need answering and are not able to be answered directly by the partner, then our dedicated Channel Partner Application Engineers are on hand to assist the partner. Where applicable and where availability permits, our Application Engineers may also be able to join client/prospect calls and/or online meetings when required to provide more technically focused advice in to the sales process.
