New Parameter Set Options: Current & Previous Shift
Parameter Sets now include a new Time Window category, By Shift—which includes both Current Shift and Previous Shift options. Once selected, Enact returns data for each process active during the current shift or the previous shift.
- The Current Shift option is available only for raw dashboards, since data cannot be aggregated during the current shift.
- The Previous Shift option is available for both raw and aggregated dashboards.
Benefit: The new By Shift category will enable managers—and other users—to more easily select and display data related to the current or previous shift.

New Aggregated Tile: Stream Overview Report
The Stream Overview Report is a newly-added aggregated dashboard tile. This tile provides a versatile analysis option that requires far less system resources than raw dashboards, particularly when using large data sets.
Benefit: The Stream Overview Report tile provides users with a broad range of quality statistics applied across large data sets with excellent performance.
Two analysis profiles are available in this new tile: Site Analysis and Feature Analysis
Site Analysis Profile
The Site Analysis Profile rolls up data streams to each Site included in the parameter set—individual levels (e.g. Tags and Shifts, if used) can be shown/hidden based on need.
Feature Analysis Profile
The Feature Analysis Profile rolls up data streams to each Feature included in the parameter set—individual levels (e.g. Tags and Shifts, if used) can be shown/hidden based on need.
Key Capabilities of the Stream Overview Report Tile
- The Stream Overview Report provides five major categories of data columns, each with an extensive set of statistics to select from, including the following:
- Stream information
- Fallout metrics
- Capability indices
- Net Content Control (MAV)
- Net Content Control (T1/T2)
- Composite Quality Score (CQS), a new metric that rolls up Out of Spec (OOS) violations, defects and defectives across any level. The CQS is expressed as a % or PPM of nonconforming measurements.
- Subprocesses can be rolled up into the parent process or shown separately.
- Data from the tile can be downloaded into an Excel file.
- Columns can be hidden or shown to match the user’s needs.

Compliance Tile Enhancement: Hierarchy Levels
The Compliance tile can now provide data rollups, such as Missed Collections or On-Time Collections, across different levels of the process hierarchy.
Benefit: The ability to quickly expand the range of data shown on the Compliance tile by selecting higher levels of the hierarchy improves the flexibility and usefulness of the tile.
The following screenshots showcase how data can be exposed at different levels in the enhanced Compliance Tile.
Process Event Pareto Tile: Filtering Enhancements
The Process Event Pareto tile now enables users to filter data by both Event Type (>USL, <LSL, etc.) and whether a workflow has been assigned. These new filtering options are combined in a single Filter Events window that also includes the existing Status filter.
Benefit: Provides enhanced data filtering capabilities in the Process Event Pareto tile, saving users time and effort.

Auto-filling Reasonable Limits
To help prevent unreasonable data from being entered into Enact, Reasonable Limits fields will now auto-fill by default. Users can remove these limits manually, if desired.
For new Enact clients, the default Reasonable Limits multiplier is now 200%, which is an increase from the previous 120% multiplier. Existing Enact users will not be affected by this change in multiplier value, but we encourage the 200% multiplier be used by all users.
The multiplier can be modified in the Global Setting menu.
Benefit: This change will help prevent unreasonable data from being added into Enact, helping eliminate inaccurate quality metrics generated from bad data.

Additional Enact Improvements
- The X-axis scale in the Box and Whisker tile was adjusted so that the LSL and USL bars will always display in the same location in the window, regardless of actual data scale.
- Dashboards now auto-refresh immediately whenever a user’s access level or responsibilities are updated.
