Dashboards and data collections can be customized to individuals and it’s a big benefit to them because it allows them to see what they need to see but from a system administration standpoint. You don’t have to build lots and lots of configurations for every possible person or roll out there. You can build something that’s quite general and then focus it to the individual that actually needs to preform that task, so it’s about providing the right benefit to the end-user, while still have a system that can easily be maintained and deployed.
