Registration and Confirmation
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR TRAINING?
Online course registrations for individuals can be made by accessing the Course Calendar links on our web site. These links will direct you to our Online Learning Portal Course Catalog where you have the option to register and purchase courses via credit card.
For group or corporate purchases and for customer-site training, please contact your Account Manager at 800-772-7978.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED?
You will receive an email confirming your registration. Online courses purchased via the Learning Portal will receive immediate confirmation. If the course includes software access you will also receive access instructions and credentials via email in advance of your scheduled start date.
SHOULD A MEMBER OF MY IT TEAM ATTEND TRAINING?
Our training classes equip those individuals who will develop the structure needed to collect data (manually or electronically), develop reports, and spearhead the continuous improvement plan. While IT staff members play an important role, they are not usually the individuals who know the processes, tests, and reporting needed to fully implement real-time SPC software.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND TRAINING?
Our training classes are intended for supervisors, administrators, and system managers who will be responsible for implementing InfinityQS software at their facilities. We do not encourage operators to attend.
WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE MY TRAINING EXPERIENCE MORE SUCCESSFUL?
For online training courses – InfinityQS online courses may be offered in several different formats, and some may include access to our software via cloud-based platforms. Please review all course requirements and instructions, including email communications from InfinityQS. If your course requires specific start/end dates for completing hands-on exercises via our cloud-based training environment, please note the dates and plan to complete all activities within the specified timeframe.
For instructor-led/customer site training – Participation in all class discussions and exercises is required. Specific guidelines for instructor-led training are typically defined for each customer in advance of the training session.
WILL TIME BE ALLOTTED FOR ME TO ASK SPECIFIC QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO MY COMPANY?
For online training courses – Instructor support for all access issues and course content questions is provided via email during the scheduled course timeframe. All questions will be answered promptly during normal InfinityQS business hours. Online training is not intended to provide company-specific consulting support.
For instructor-led/customer site training – We encourage questions and do make time to allow students to build a project using their check sheets and specification sheets and/or control plan. However, our training courses are not consulting sessions, so questions will need to be focused on the topics outlined in the coursework description. As time permits, we cover topics beyond the outline.
WILL I RECEIVE MATERIALS DURING THE TRAINING?
Online courses are designed for online/digital delivery and do not require printed manuals/workbooks. Some courses may include supplemental workbooks or reference materials in PDF format which can be printed if desired. Customer-site training courses typically include a workbook, as well as resource materials to support and expand the coursework covered in class.
Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy
CAN I TRANSFER MY ONLINE TRAINING CLASS SEAT?
If you wish to transfer your training seat to another individual at your company, please contact your account manager (1) business day before training begins.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Refund and cancellation policy for Open Enrollment Training Courses/On-Site Training Classes/Consulting:
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING BY INFINITYQS (Customer site training)
- Requests for cancellations and transfers must be received in writing and acknowledged by InfinityQS International.
- Full refunds will be given for cancellations received more than fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled commencement date.
- The full fee will be charged for cancellations received within fifteen (15) business days of the scheduled commencement date.
- A 50% surcharge will be applied for rescheduling within fifteen (15) business days of the scheduled commencement date.
If pre-visit requirements are not completed more than 15 business days before the scheduled commencement date, InfinityQS reserves the right to postpone the scheduled services.
If a customer fails to complete the pre-visit activities specified in the SOW before the arrival of InfinityQS personnel, InfinityQS reserves the right to terminate the SOW and the customer shall pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed upon fees, up to a maximum of $5,000, plus any reimbursable expenses.
InfinityQS reserves the right to cancel any event at least 15 business days before the scheduled commencement date. If this occurs, you will be notified, and a full refund will be awarded. However, INFINITYQS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMER RELATED EXPENSES.
