Still haven’t found what you’re looking for? Open a case by filling out the Support Request form. Our Technical Support team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (ET), excluding company-assigned holidays. (1:00 PM to 12:00 AM (GMT), subject to daylight savings)

When submitting a Support Request please include:

  • Description of the question or issue with steps to replicate the issue
  • The name of the Enact feature you’re using
  • Browser type and version
