Enact 24x7 Access Support

The InfinityQS team is available outside normal Technical Support hours to assist in the event you can’t access Enact.

Note: We require that only your Enact administrators (rather than operators) utilize this service. This will help to avoid duplicating efforts and enable our technical resources to more quickly respond to your request.

Support is available for the following access issues:

Procedure:

When you experience any of the issues listed above, please follow the procedure below.

  1. Immediately contact your company’s designated site primary Enact administrator.
  2. The site administrator should try to replicate the problem from another PC using the same login account that is having the problem.
  3. The site administrator should try to connect to Enact outside of your facility’s network.
  4. If the site primary administrator cannot replicate the problem on another local PC, or outside of your facility’s network then the problem does not fall under 24x7 Enact Access Support. In these cases, it is typically an internal issue that your technical resources will need to address.
  5. If the problem is replicated, then the site administrator should contact 24x7 Enact Access Support utilizing the form request on this web page.
  6. Information to include in the description field:
    • Login credentials (Company ID, Username, Password).
    • The time of the reported incident.
    • Brief description of the problem, including any error messages encountered.
  7. An on-call InfinityQS representative will acknowledge your issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
