Are You Eligible for Upgrade?
If you have an active Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA), you have complete access to the latest versions of our products.
Upgrading from ProFicient 5 or newer?
If you’re upgrading from ProFicient 5.0 or newer, there is no need to submit an Upgrade Request form. Review the Upgrading reference sheets on our Product Downloads page and download the latest version.
To access the Upgrading reference sheets:
- Click Documentation > ProFicient > Reference Sheets to locate the Upgrading ProFicient Advanced and Upgrading Services 5 reference sheets.
