Upgrading from a Version Prior to ProFicient 5
If you are running a version of ProFicient prior to 5.0, please complete the Upgrade Request form. Once the form is submitted, a member of the InfinityQS Technical Support department will review the request and contact you with a new End User License Agreement (EULA) containing your upgraded registration numbers. Technical Support may contact you about the details of your upgrade request.

Download the Upgrade Request form here. Complete the form providing location details, point of contact information, and your current registration numbers which can be found on your most current EULA. Once you have filled out the form, email it to our technical Support Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have received your new EULA, please review the Licensing reference sheet found on our Product Downloads page for instructions on applying your new registration numbers.
