ProFicient Fundamentals Course

Develop the fundamental skills to help you successfully adopt and utilize InfinityQS ProFicient™ across your company.

About this course

This course introduces key SPC concepts and develops the fundamental skills employees need to succeed with their ProFicient quality solution. Participants learn how to create ProFicient projects, set up data entry configurations, and utilize data selection, toolbar, and reporting options by working through real-world use cases via the ProFicient on Demand training platform. Every participant earns a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course.

Audience

The class is intended for quality professionals and managers responsible for administrating InfinityQS software at their facility. This class is not intended for operators.

Prerequisites

Students should possess a basic working knowledge of SPC concepts and techniques. In addition, students should be familiar with the Microsoft® Windows™ operating system and Microsoft® Office™ applications.

  • Approximately 20 hours to complete.
  • Typically conducted over a 3 day period with 2 sessions per day.
  • Courses include presentations and hands-on instruction that develop the knowledge and skills employees need to become productive quickly.
